CINHS adheres to the staff qualification requirements established by the Office of Head Start (OHS) Program Standards, allowing us to offer the following:
- Great educational assistance and tuition reimbursement plan (depending on funding) to obtain your Associate of Arts (AA), Bachelor of Arts (BA), or master's degree.
- Generous professional development and educational plan will assist you in obtaining your Child Development Associate (CDA) or Family Child Care CDA credential.
- Work August through May or June with summers off, benefits paid year around.

- Head Start Teacher (HS), Full-Time, $25.33-$34.13/hr.
- Early Head Start Teacher (EHS), Full-Time, $22.92-$34.13/hr.
- Executive Director, Full-Time, $76,232.00-$122,969.60/yr.
- Community & Family Partnership Manager, Full-Time, $76,960 to $89,440/yr.
